- Images can now be configured as links with meaningful, accessible labels for screen reader users.
- We have addressed several accessibility issues in the Task list widget:
- The widget’s notification number is now included in its accessible name.

- All buttons now have clear and descriptive accessible names.
- The My channel, All channels, and individual channel pages now provide screen reader users with feedback when applying filters or performing searches in the databrowser.

October 6, 2025 - Major release
Harmony
Introducing Harmony Support, your in-platform AI agent
Superadmins can now take advantage of Harmony Support, a multilingual, platform-expert conversational copilot designed to support them in managing administrative tasks directly within the platform. When engaged, Harmony Support detects the user’s current location in the platform and provides contextual guidance relevant to that area. This includes step-by-step instructions and, where applicable, direct navigation to the appropriate page to complete the task.
Option to disable generic AI knowledge in Harmony search
Administrators can now disable generic knowledge in Harmony search, so that users receive answers based only on the platform’s indexed content. This provides better control over answer sources.
Pre-existing SCORM support in Harmony search
Harmony responses will be able to* also reference SCORM content that was already present in the platform at the launch of the feature. To be processed by the AI engine, the pre-existing SCORM packages must still be of a supported type (Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline) with transcript, and meet the standard timeliness criteria.
*This operation will run in background, and over the course of the next few weeks, your pre-existing SCORMs will be indexed and made available for Harmony responses.
Users who interact with Harmony search counted as active users (MAUs/YAUs)
Starting from October 8, 2025, when a user receives a response that includes content extracted from a training material or an asset via Harmony search, they will be counted as active for billing and usage tracking purposes.
Creator
AI custom role play available in Creator
You can now create custom AI role plays in Creator, designing and configuring scenarios for any type of conversation. Learners practice with a virtual avatar and receive actionable feedback for improvement.
AI translation for flashcards and matching pairs in Creator
For those using Creator, flashcards and matching pairs activities can now be automatically translated using AI.
Course and learning plans
Create e-learning courses in multiple languages
You can now create e-learning course content in multiple languages for global audiences, ensuring learners can take courses that match their profile language or a designated fallback language. This new functionality ensures that learners worldwide can access courses in their preferred language, fostering accessibility, better comprehension and engagement. Additional languages are also tracked in custom reports.
New soft deadline option for learning plans
As for courses, learners can now continue accessing and completing learning plans even after their enrollment has expired. This new feature makes the existing course soft deadline behavior available for learning plans too, improving the learner experience, reducing administrative workload, and ensuring consistent platform behavior. The option can be enabled per learning plan in the Time options tab. Changes to this option are tracked by the audit trail and the webhook event Admin updated a learning plan.
Improved ILT session enrollments
When enrolling users from within a specific session of an ILT course, the platform now defaults the enrollment target to that session, and not the parent course.
Export learner’s certificate history
You can now use the Export certificate history mass action in the Users management area to export the certificates issued to multiple users in PDF format. A download link will be sent to your email, giving you access to a compressed folder. This folder will contain a subfolder for each selected user, with their respective certificates inside. The download link will remain valid for 30 days. The export request and download is tracked by the audit trail.
Notifications
Additional configuration options for the Digest: Learner has yet to complete a course notification
The Digest: Learner has yet to complete a course notification now allows you to configure it so that it includes all incomplete courses, regardless of the learner’s enrollment validity, or only those where the learner’s enrollment has expired. The new options are available in the Extra settings tab of the notification configuration page. Limiting the number of courses displayed helps learners focus on the most urgent learning activities.
Pages and menus
Catalog and channel content loading accessibility and experience enhancements
The infinite scroll has been replaced by a fully accessible Load more button, offering a more predictable, controlled, and inclusive way for all users to browse and discover content in the following areas:
- All channels built-in page
- Course catalog built-in page
- Single-channel pages
- Single catalog pages
Improved widget image management
Image uploads or deletions in widgets are now only applied after the administrator confirms by clicking Save changes.
When duplicating a page with a widget that contains an image, a separate copy of the image is created. Changes made to the image on one page will no longer affect the image on the other.
My team
Courses and learning plans dashboards in My team
Two new tabs are now available in the My team page, helping managers track their team’s progress across courses and learning plans.
E-commerce
Improved shopping cart experience
The shopping cart has been redesigned with a streamlined, single-step checkout to make purchases faster and more intuitive. All order details, recipient selection, payment methods, coupon entry and billing information now appear on a single, easy-to-navigate page that is fully accessible to users relying on assistive technologies.
Content marketplace
New Docebo Content experience
We have introduced a new Docebo Content experience with a redesigned interface and an improved import workflow, allowing you to import content and directly create and manage courses in your platform.

Accessibility
Improvements to platform message clarity and accessibility
The content of the following message types has been simplified for overall accessibility and better usability in American English, British English, French, French Canadian, Italian, Spanish, Spanish LATAM, and German:
- We removed the phrase "Something is missing, please" from inline error messages, as assistive technologies already indicate when input is incomplete, so messages now focus on clearly explaining how to fix the issue.
- We removed the word "successfully" from positive toast notifications, as it added no meaningful value and unnecessarily lengthened the messages.
Learning plans
Permanent completion of learning plans
When you update the structure of a learning plan by assigning or unassigning courses, or changing a course's assignment type (from mandatory to optional, or vice versa), you now have the option to control whether these changes trigger a recalculation of the enrollment status for learners who have already completed the plan. This allows you to make the completion status permanent, ensuring that completed enrollments remain unaffected by structural changes.

AI
Harmony search
Harmony search replaces the legacy global search with an enhanced experience powered by Harmony AI. Users can now search using natural language to receive summarized answers from platform content, with the option to ask follow-up questions. The full-featured Harmony chat window includes conversation history for easy reference. Traditional keyword search is also still available and has been fully redesigned.
Easily identify AI-assigned skills
Skills automatically assigned by the platform’s AI are now labeled with “AI” in course management and in the asset edit page, making them easier to identify when managing skills for courses or assets.
Accessibility
Accessibility enhancements for widgets
The My calendar and the Task list widgets have been redesigned and are now fully accessible. This update includes the complete refactoring of the My calendar built-in page and the calendar view of the Catalogs widget. These enhancements strengthen our accessibility coverage and reflect our ongoing commitment to providing an inclusive learning experience for all users. As communicated on April 7, 2025, the Transactions tab of the Task list widget now allows administrators to view the full list of e-commerce transactions only through a new link called View all transactions and no longer provides access to the list through the ellipsis menu > View option at the transaction level. Learn more about accessibility in your platform.
New version of the Docebo Accessibility Statement
We added the Docebo Accessibility Statement with additional details on Docebo’s accessibility vision and our strategic alignment with international standards (WCAG, Section 508, EN 301 549, EAA, ACA). In addition, we added a new section listing supporting documentation, which includes the UsableNet Continuing Effort Letter to formally reinforce and demonstrate our ongoing commitment to the accessibility matter.
Users
Manage group activation status
Up to now, groups were always active by default and had no configurable status. Now, you can set a group’s status to active or inactive. Setting a group to inactive allows you to configure its settings without triggering side actions such as enrollments from enrollment rules, notifications, or visibility changes. Newly created groups are inactive by default, while existing groups remain active unless manually changed.
Channel management for Power Users
You can now assign custom channels as resources to Power Users, giving them more autonomy in content curation. With specific permissions, Power Users can add or remove content, designate experts, and manage user visibility for their assigned channels, as well as create and configure new channels themselves.
End impersonation when the user level changes
During an active impersonation session, if the impersonated user’s level (Normal user / Power User / Superadmin) is changed, the impersonation session will be interrupted.
Automatic user logout
As communicated on March 10, 2025, and on May 5, 2025, to ensure security, if a user is deactivated or expired, they will be automatically logged out upon their next action on the platform and will no longer be able to log in.
Users will also be logged out and required to log in again to see their updated rights when they perform any action on the platform after:
- a change of their user level
- a Power User profile is granted or unassigned
- updates are made to the permissions associated with an assigned Power User profile
- updates are made to the resources assigned to them as a Power User.
My team: updated sorting
For those using My team, the Team members tab now supports sorting by priority or alphabetically, replacing the previous time-based order. This update makes it easier for managers to identify users who require action and locate team members more intuitively.
Course management
Track course updates by user and date
The Course information tab in the course properties now displays the name of the user who last updated the course, along with the date of the last update. Additionally, you can now filter courses by the author of the last update using the Last updated by filter on the Course management page.
Due to this enhancement, as communicated on April 7, 2025, when exporting course data from the Course management and selecting the option to export a custom selection of course properties, including the Additional details option for multiple courses, the Created on and Updated on data are no longer included in the export. Instead, you can now choose whether to include the Creation date, Created by, Last update date, and the Last updated by data by selecting them in the Course details section of the Export course data panel.
Multiple observers for observation checklists
You can now assign multiple users (managers or selected users) to assess observation checklists, enabling richer, more diverse feedback. This enhancement allows managers and custom users to independently contribute their evaluations, with transparent tracking and reporting to ensure a comprehensive and accurate assessment experience. This new option can also apply to existing checklists.
Enrollments
Archived enrollments deletion options
The platform has now enhanced control over archived enrollments and allows you to manually delete them singularly on in bulk. In addition, archived enrollments are now automatically deleted when the associated user or course is deleted. This ensures that outdated records are cleared with other data cleanup actions, improving overall system efficiency.
Catalogs
New catalog management page
Catalog management has been completely revamped with a modernized user interface and enhanced functionality to streamline configuration tasks.
- Search: You can now search for catalogs directly from the main catalog list, as well as search for specific courses or learning plans within a catalog's configuration page.
- Duplication: Create a new catalog quickly by duplicating an existing one and customizing it as needed.
- Organization: The main catalog list features a table view with sortable columns and mass action capabilities.
Each catalog’s configuration page is organized into tabs–Properties, Content, and Visibility tabs–with the standard column views, mass actions, filters, and search functionality.
E-commerce
Reorganized subscription bundle management
A new unified bundle management page consolidates all settings for subscription bundles (General properties, Catalogs, Visibility, and Plans) into a single tabbed interface. This streamlines navigation, improves usability, and aligns with the platform's overall design. A floating action button centralizes key actions like adding catalogs, managing visibility, and creating plans. Breadcrumbs now clearly reflect the page hierarchy for easier orientation.
Webhooks
New webhook events available for groups
For those using groups, two new webhook events are now available triggered when a learner is either added to or removed from a group:
- User assigned to a group group.user.added
- User removed from a group group.user.removed
Mobile learning
Attendance tracking QR code with Go.Learn
For ILT events, you can now configure an attendance QR code that learners can scan on arrival at the venue to automatically mark their attendance. Instructors can download and print the QR code to display at the training location. Learners must have the Go.Learn or branded mobile app installed to complete the check-in.
Docebo mobile app - Go.Learn version 7.0.0 and branded mobile app version 7.0.0 are here!
In this update, you can find the following new features and enhancements: support for QR code check-in at ILT events, and support for learning evaluation questionnaires as training materials. Furthermore, as always, a handful of minor issues have been addressed to give you a better, smoother learning experience on mobile.
Docebo Content
New learner catalog for Docebo Content
For customers with a Docebo Content unlimited plan, learners can now browse the full library through the Content marketplace catalogs page and self-enroll. This removes the need for administrators to import and assign content manually.
