Introduction
Harmony copilot is a multilingual platform-expert conversational agent designed to support Superadmins in managing administrative tasks directly from within the platform.
When you ask a question to Harmony, it detects your location in the platform and provides contextual guidance, offering step-by-step instructions and even navigating you to the right page to complete your task.
The Harmony conversational agent is available in all the platform-supported languages and is continuously evolving. Keep an eye on the Product updates page for newly supported capabilities.
Requirements and limitations
- Harmony copilot is not currently available for Power Users.
Enable the Harmony copilot
To enable the Harmony copilot, select Admin menu > Artificial intelligence > Manage to open the Artificial Intelligence setup page and locate the Harmony copilot card. This will indicate whether the functionality is currently:
- Disabled: The Harmony copilot is not available.
- Enabled for all administrators: The Harmony support agent is active for all the platform’s Superadmins.
- Preview mode: enabled only for you, but not visible to other users of the platform.
To enable the feature, on the card click Configure. In the Harmony copilot configuration page, select the checkbox Enable Harmony copilot, then select whether you want to Enable only for me (Preview mode) or Enable for all administrators.
When you are ready, click Save changes. A dialog box will open, warning you that the platform needs to reload to apply the changes. Click Confirm and reload to proceed.
Switch between Preview and All administrators mode
If you later want to switch from Preview to Enable for all administrators mode or vice versa:
- In the Artificial Intelligence settings page, click Configure on the Harmony copilot card again.
- Leave the Enable Harmony copilot checkbox selected and set the desired option (Enable only for me or Enable for all administrators).
Click Save changes and, in the dialog box that opens, click Confirm and reload.
Disable Harmony copilot
To disable the Harmony copilot for all administrators:
- In the Artificial Intelligence settings page, click Disable on the Harmony copilot card.
- In the dialog box that opens, click Confirm and reload.
Harmony copilot on extended enterprise
On extended enterprise platforms, you have the option of enabling or disabling Harmony copilot selectively, only on specified domains.
To do this:
- Select Admin menu > Extended enterprise > Manage
- In the list, locate the extended enterprise client of interest and click the gear icon on its row. This will open the settings page for that client.
- In the vertical navigation, select Artificial intelligence and locate the Custom settings option.
- If a client has the Custom settings check box deselected, then the settings of the main platform will apply. Accordingly, these clients will inherit the same Harmony copilot settings (Enabled for all administrators, Disabled, or Preview mode) that you have configured on the main platform.
-
On the other hand, for an extended enterprise client that has Custom settings enabled, you can enable or disable Harmony copilot independently of the root platform by checking or unchecking the Enable Harmony copilot for all administrators option.
Please note. If you enabled Preview mode on the main platform, Harmony copilot will continue to be visible, only to you, also on this client. For more information, see the chapter Preview mode and extended enterprise.
Preview mode and extended enterprise
The preview mode of Harmony copilot can only be enabled on the main platform. When you enable it there, the Harmony copilot will be visible only to you in:
- The main platform.
- Extended enterprise clients without Custom settings for Artificial intelligence.
- Extended enterprise with Custom settings for Artificial intelligence, and Harmony copilot disabled.
On extended enterprise clients with Custom settings for Artificial intelligence, and Harmony copilot enabled, Harmony copilot will be visible to everyone, even if it is in preview mode on the main platform.
Note on Harmony copilot modes
Preview mode, where Harmony copilot is enabled only for you, is a client-side setting stored in your browser. If you clear cache/cookies, open an incognito window, switch browsers, or sign in from a different device, the preview flag is removed. In those cases, Harmony copilot is disabled.
When Harmony copilot is enabled for all administrators, however, the setting is persistent and does not depend on your browser.
The Harmony copilot chat panel
Access the copilot conversational panel by clicking on the Harmony icon in the platform header, and start the conversation by using one of the suggested prompts or by typing a question in the text area. Prompts can be up to 500 characters long.
After the copilot completes a reply, you can follow up the conversation with additional questions on the same topic or start a new chat on a different topic by clicking on + (New chat) in the top left corner of the panel. In addition, you can copy the answer content by clicking the Copy button located below the answer.
Click on History to retrieve past conversations and resume them if needed.
Click Resize view to expand or reduce the chat panel size.
Please note: Your conversation history is visible only to you (or to administrators who can log in with your account), and is retained for a maximum of 90 days. Chats that you do not interact with for more than 90 days will be automatically deleted from the system.

Providing feedback for answers
After the Harmony copilot completes a reply, use the thumb-up and thumb-down buttons to provide your feedback on the answer you received.
When you select thumbs down, a panel will open to provide more details on why you are not satisfied with the answer.
Please note: Feedback provided through the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons is collected anonymously and used internally by Docebo to improve the Harmony copilot experience. It is not shared with other administrators or used to provide customer support.
Harmony copilot for support knowledge sources
To provide accurate and contextually relevant assistance, Harmony relies on its general knowledge and on curated sources of information about the Docebo platform:
- The Docebo knowledge base is the primary reference source for this Harmony agent as it offers official documentation and support articles that span the full range of Docebo features, configuration settings, troubleshooting steps, and recommended best practices.
- The Product updates page of the Docebo knoweldge base ensures that the agent responses remain current and trustworthy.
- Docebo Community guides offer curated tutorials that the Harmony copilot leverages as an additional knowledge source.
By combining these complementary sources, Harmony provides accurate, official responses and, beyond answering questions, helps you continuously improve your platform experience.
In addition, the Harmony copilot relies on the same platform sources as Harmony Search to support you in retrieving information about platform content. Find out more.
