Introduction
For Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses, QR codes can be used as an option for marking attendance and accessing questionnaires. This option has to be configured by Docebo during enablement.
As a Superadmin, you can view the attendance sheet/timesheet report by accessing the Learning Impact external platform, either for a specific course or for a selected participant.

Sending the QR code to the course instructor
The QR code used to access the attendance sheet is sent to the instructor by email 2 days before the course sessions starts, along with the instructor evaluation email.
After completing a session, learners can scan this QR code to sign the attendance sheet. Once they have signed the attendance sheet/timesheet report , they will be redirected to the initial evaluation questionnaire.

Accessing the attendance sheet
To access the attendance sheet/timesheet report), you need to log in to the Learning Impact external platform and follow these steps:
- In the Analysis & monitoring tab, select the Timesheet report.
- Choose if you want to search for attendance sheets by participant or by training from the first dropdown menu. Continue your selection and press Search
Reading the attendance sheet (Timesheet report)
In the attendance sheet/timesheet report, you will find the following information:
- The details of the course session (training name, location, company name and training dates)
- The recap of all the participants and their signatures for each half-day of the course
- The signature of the instructor (called trainer in the external platform)
- The comments of the instructor if there were any
