Introduction
Docebo has developed Docebo Learning Impact to measure the learning impact of training. When you are conducting a course, as an Instructor, you will be involved in the learning measurement process. This means that you will receive a Learning Impact questionnaire to give your feedback on the course.
The feedback you provide is useful to the platform Administrators and the organization as it helps them to improve the courses. You, as the course Instructor, are one of the key players of the course and your feedback matters.
This article explains how to answer Learning Impact questionnaires as a course Instructor.
Questionnaire Settings
As a course Instructor, you will receive a Learning Impact questionnaire to ask for your feedback on the course that you are conducting. The questionnaires are sent by e-mail.
Currently, Learning Impact questionnaires are available in Arabic, Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Thai, Traditional and Simplified Chinese and Vietnamese.
The questionnaire language is by default the language set up on your Learn platform. You can change the language of the questionnaire by going to the language selector found in the top right corner and selecting another language.
Note: If a question has not been translated in your selected language, it will appear in another language. In this case, you have the possibility to skip the question even if it is mandatory.
Depending on your Administrator settings, questionnaires can either be:
- Confidential: this means neither your colleagues, manager or any other user in the organization will be able to see who has provided a particular answer or feedback
- Nominative: this means your Admin(s) will be able to see who has provided a particular answer or feedback.
You can find out if the questionnaire is confidential or nominative by checking the status of your answers (Confidential Answers or Nominative Answers) displayed at the bottom of the page.
Answering the Questionnaire
The questionnaires are sent via e-mail. The e-mail will be sent 2 days before the start of the course. It contains a link to the Learning Impact questionnaire. You can answer the questionnaire right after the end of the course. The link will expire after 30 calendar days.
Answer all the questions by selecting the answer(s) among the choices. Once you’re done answering all the questions, press Submit Questionnaire. A message will inform you that you have completed your questionnaire successfully. You can download the answers you have entered by pressing Download Your Answers.
Your answers are automatically saved. In case you lose your connection or close your browser, you will be able to resume where you left off.
At any moment, you can choose to continue answering your questionnaire on a mobile device. To do so, press Continue on Mobile in the top right corner. A QR code will be displayed on your screen.
- Scan the QR code with your mobile device
- Open and complete the questionnaire
Managing the QR codes
Depending on the settings of your Administrators, you will receive an e-mail containing 2 QR codes. This e-mail is sent two days before the start of the course. Read more about how to manage QR codes in the article Using QR Codes to Access Learning Impact Questionnaires and Mark Attendance
Instructor Session Report
As an Instructor, you will receive a report about the session that you have conducted. The report is sent by e-mail with a link to the Session Report 15 days after the end of the session. This report is an overview of the results of the initial questionnaire sent to the learners that have attended the session.
Please note that you need to have a Learning Impact external platform account to be able to view the Session report.
