Introduction
For Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses, QR codes can be used as an option for marking attendance and accessing questionnaires. This option has to be configured by Docebo during the enablement.
As a Superadmin, you can download the attendance sheet (also known as the timesheet report) at session level.
This article details how you can access the attendance sheet and what information it contains.
Sending the QR code to the course instructor
The QR code used to access the attendance sheet is sent to the instructor by email two days before the course sessions start, along with the instructor evaluation email.
After completing a session, learners can scan this QR code to sign the attendance sheet. Once they have signed the attendance sheet/timesheet report, they will be redirected to the initial evaluation questionnaire.

Downloading the attendance sheet
To access the attendance sheet/timesheet report, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the platform, look for Learning evaluation in the Apps & features area, and click on the Manage sub-menu.
Move now to the Sessions tab, use the Criteria area to filter sessions, identify the one for which to download the timesheet report, then click on the down arrow button at the end of its row.
Reading the attendance sheet
In the attendance sheet, you will find the following information:
- The details of the course session (training name, location, company name, and training dates).
- The recap of all the participants and their signatures for each half-day of the course.
- The signature of the instructor, also called the trainer.
- The comments of the instructor, if there were any.
