Sandbox release disclaimer: Some content in this article outlines how to use functionalities that will be publicly released to all clients at the end of January 2026. If you see differences between this article and your platform, check back at that time. Learn more about the release cycle.
Introduction
The Content center serves as the platform's central content hub. It brings together the most frequently used content and actions in a single page, enabling you to create and upload content with fewer steps and greater ease.
The Content center page
To access the Content center, log in to the platform, access the Admin menu from the gear icon in the top right corner, and click Content center in the E-learning menu.
Click on the + New or on the Creator buttons in the top right corner of the page to add new training materials or Creator lessons in the central repository, as described in the article on the central repository.
The page is divided into different areas:
Quick links
This area offers direct access to all platform sections dedicated to content management and creation:
- Training material: Browse the central repository for training materials.
- Assets: Access the asset library used within channel management.
- Courses: Provides access to the course management area.
- Evaluation: Drives you to the learning evaluation area.
- Checklists: Leads to the checklist management area.
- Marketplace: Explore the Content marketplace.
Your drafts
This area displays the last ten training material drafts you are working on in the central repository. It is displayed only when you have at least one draft. Drafts created by other users are not listed.
Click a draft card to resume editing, and on View all drafts to access the full list of drafts in the central repository.
Recent activities
This area lists the last 20 training materials created or updated in the central repository, sorted by default from most to least recent. Click on the Latest activity dropdown to change the sorting mode.
Click on the Type dropdown to filter content by type and enable the Show only my activities toggle to show only the training materials you created or updated.
Click the ellipsis menu at the end of a row to edit, preview, assign the material to a course, move it to a folder, or delete it, as described in the Managing training materials section of the Managing the central repository article.
Power Users and the Content center
Power Users can access and perform actions on the Content center page based on the permissions they have for the areas linked from it.
For example, if a Power User has access to the central repository, they can also open the Content center page, but they will only see the Training materials quick link and the training materials stored in the folders assigned to them as resources.
Since Power Users cannot access the Content marketplace, the quick link to this area is not available to them.
