Introduction
A learning plan is an educational program composed of different courses that you can complete in a free or sequential order, depending on how the Administrator configured it.
A learning plan may be composed of a single type of course (only e-learning or Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses) or a mixed type of them.
Please Note! When you enroll in a learning plan, you are automatically enrolled in all of the courses composing it and they will be listed on the My Courses and Learning Plans page, unless you are allowed to purchase or enroll only in some of the courses composing it.
Accessing a learning plan
All of the courses and learning plans in which you’re enrolled are listed on the My courses and learning plans page. Learning plans are identified by the Learning plan label at the bottom of the card. Click on the learning plan card to access it.
The learning plan page shows the learning plan description and the list of courses composing the learning plan, including information about the course type, the number of lessons included, the average completion time, the course language, and the number of completed lessons. Click on the down arrow at the right of the course area to expand it to see the course description.
If you cannot access a course, it is marked with a padlock. You may need to complete other courses before you can access them or it may be locked for the reasons listed in the article about navigating courses and learning plans.
Your progress in the learning plan is shown in the Progress area. If you have not yet started the learning plan, click on Start learning now to begin your journey. If you have started a course in the learning plan without completing it, click on the Resume training button in this area to continue the course.
As an option, click on Play or Resume in the course area to start a specific course.
Refer to the corresponding articles of the Learning Guide to learn how to attend e-learning and ILT courses.
Learning plan details
Depending on the settings of the learning plan and on the settings of the courses composing it, the Learning Plan Details box may display other details, such as:
- the learning plan ID
- the average completion time
- the total amount of credits (CEUs) earned by completing the learning plan
