Introduction
With Learning evaluation, you can enable ready-to-use questionnaires for individual courses to be sent to learners when they complete a course in order to measure its impact.
While only Superadmins can activate and configure Learning evaluation in the platform, also Power Users can access the Learning evaluation area but with limited visibility to the results of the users belonging to the branches assigned to them as resources.
In order for Power Users to be able to use Learning evaluation properly, they need to have the necessary permissions listed in this article.
Managing Power Users permissions for Learning evaluation
To manage Power Users permissions, access the platform as a Superadmin, reach the Admin menu from the gear icon and select Power Users in the E-learning section.
On the Power Users management page, go to the Profiles tab. Find the profile that you need to edit, click on the ellipsis menu at the end of the row and select Edit.
On the Power User profile page, go to the Properties tab and find the Manage permissions section. Then, click on the plus button to Add permission.
In the right panel that opens, select an area from the corresponding dropdown. Once you choose an area, use the Type dropdown to define whether you want to assign All permissions related to the selected area to the Power User profile, or select the Custom permissions option to choose a subset of permissions from the third dropdown.
Once you have completed your selection, click Confirm. The permission you have added is listed in the recap bottom area of the Manage permissions section. Repeat the permission selection for all of the areas you wish to assign to the profile.

Assigning permissions to Power Users for using Learning evaluation
Power Users can see learning evaluation data for the users belonging to the branches assigned to them as resources and only if those users have completed the courses they are enrolled in.
However, Power Users have full visibility of all courses where learning evaluation is enabled, even if the courses are not assigned to them as resources.
In order for Power Users to use Learning evaluation, they need the following permissions set:
Permission area | Permission title | Permission description | Additional notes |
Learning Impact/Learning evaluation | Consolidated Report | Can view the Consolidated reports and the Results comparison tabs of the Learning evaluation area. |
This permission allows Power Users to see the data of the users belonging to the branches assigned as resources. The tabs are not visible to Power Users who are not associated with a profile that includes this permission. The Courses / View permission is also required for Power Users to access the Learning evaluation area. |
Courses | View | Can view all of the courses for which the learning evaluation is active and view user data for users belonging to the branches assigned to them as resources. |
If the Power User has courses assigned as resources but no branches assigned, they can only manage the course learning evaluation properties from the Courses tab of the Learning evaluation page. |
Courses | Edit | Can edit all assigned courses. |
Can enable and disable the learning evaluation for courses and access the Change properties menu. |
Best practice: Assign only the relevant branches to your Power Users to enable them to access the reports without performance issues. The time needed for the reports to load data (and the potential inability to load it) depends on the number of users within the branches. If you want your Power Users to see all the branches and access all data, then we recommend that you set them as administrators.
