Introduction

With Docebo Learning Impact, you can enable ready-to-use questionnaires for individual courses to be sent to learners when they complete a course in order to measure its impact. For more details on how you can use Docebo Learning Impact, refer to the dedicated article of the Knowledge Base. 

While only Superadmins can activate and configure Learning Impact in the platform, Power Users can access the Learning Impact area but they will only have visibility on courses and users they are associated with. 

In order for Power Users to be able to use Learning Impact properly, they need to have the necessary permissions. This article will cover the permissions needed by Power Users in order to use Docebo Learning Impact. 

Managing Power Users Permissions for Learning Impact

To manage Power Users permissions, access the platform as a Superadmin, reach the Admin Menu from the gear icon and select Power Users in the E-Learning section. 

On the Power Users Management page, go to the Profiles tab. Find the profile that you need to edit, click on the ellipsis icon at the end of the row and select Edit.  

On the Power User profile page, go to the Properties tab and find the Manage Permissions section. Then, click on the plus button to Add Permission. 

In the right panel that opens, select an area from the corresponding dropdown. Once you choose an area, use the Type dropdown to define whether you want to assign All Permissions related to the selected area to the Power User profile, or select the Custom Permissions option to choose a subset of permissions from the third dropdown. 

Once you have completed your selection, click Confirm. The permission you have added is listed in the recap bottom area of the Manage Permissions section. Repeat the permission selection for all of the areas you wish to assign to the profile.

Assigning Permissions to Power Users for Using Docebo Learning Impact

In order for Power Users to use Docebo Learning Impact, they should have the necessary permissions for courses, user enrollments, ILT sessions, events and locations. 

This chapter lists all permissions that need to be activated for Power Users to use Docebo Learning Impact at full capacity. For more details and a full list of Power Users permissions refer to the dedicated article of the Knowledge Base. 

Please note that Power Users can enable Learning Impact for all courses for which they have Edit permissions even if they don’t have Learning Impact permission.
