Introduction
Docebo announced two new capabilities at Inspire 2026: Enterprise Knowledge and AgentHub. Enterprise Knowledge is Docebo's AI-powered knowledge layer that makes your company resources searchable in one place. AgentHub is Docebo's no-code AI agent builder. Unlike AI assistants that respond to queries, AgentHub agents take action - they execute workflows, run on schedules, and complete multi-step tasks autonomously, trained on your learning content, skills data, and content libraries.
What is Enterprise Knowledge?
Enterprise Knowledge is Docebo's AI-powered knowledge layer that connects 20+ sources — including SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, Slack, Teams, and more — and makes all of that information searchable in one place. It's the foundation that AgentHub agents run on and powers the rebuilt search experience across Docebo.
- Search company knowledge - find answers from across all your connected systems without switching tabs or knowing where the information lives.
- Search Docebo content - surface the right course, certification, or learning plan directly from search, personalized to each learner's role and skills profile.
- Connect sources - 20+ pre-built connectors are available out of the box. For systems not already covered, organizations can plug in their own through MCP — no custom development required.
What does Enterprise Knowledge mean for you?
Enterprise Knowledge brings your organization's scattered knowledge into one searchable, usable layer — so your people stop losing time hunting across systems and start getting answers in the moment they need them. Employees spend valuable time each day searching for information. Knowledge lives in SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, Slack threads, and dozens of other places. L&D teams are often asked to build content that already exists somewhere — they just can't find it.
Enterprise Knowledge is designed to eliminate this. When a new hire asks a question, they get an answer from verified sources instead of pinging HR. When an L&D admin needs to check whether a course already exists, they find it in seconds.
What can Enterprise Search Knowledge do?
Enterprise Knowledge works across every role in your organization. Here are a few examples of what becomes possible:
- A new hire asks about the vacation policy and gets an immediate answer from the company handbook — without opening the LMS or messaging HR.
- An L&D admin searches the full content library before building a new course, surfacing what already exists across Docebo and connected drives.
- A sales rep finds the latest product one-pager, battlecard, or pricing sheet directly from search — before a customer call.
- A frontline manager locates the right compliance training to assign without navigating the full catalog.
- Admins benefit too. You control which knowledge sources are active, for which audiences, and in which contexts — and you can give the search experience your organization's own name and voice.
What is AgentHub?
Unlike a chatbot or a search bar, AgentHub agents actively take action. They can monitor conditions, make decisions, and execute tasks on your behalf.
AgentHub connects Docebo to 20+ enterprise knowledge sources - including Confluence, Salesforce, Google Drive, SharePoint, Slack, and Notion - and uses that data to power AI agents that work autonomously inside your learning environment.
- Search company knowledge - the agent researches across your connected internal knowledge sources to inform its actions, whether that's finding the right course, checking a learner's status, or pulling relevant documentation.
- Search the web - for tasks that require up-to-date external information, agents can pull from the web as part of their process.
- Connect to external systems - agents can connect directly to your HRIS, CRM, or productivity tools to retrieve data or trigger actions in those systems.
- Analyze data - agents can execute analysis to surface patterns, generate reports, or identify gaps as part of a multi-step task.
What does AgentHub mean for you?
AgentHub brings two things your teams have been asking for into a single place: the ability to find knowledge quickly, and the ability to act on it automatically.
By connecting Docebo to the knowledge sources your organization already uses, AgentHub gives AI agents the data they need to take meaningful action—whether that's enrolling a learner, closing a compliance gap, or surfacing the right content at the right moment. And because it's built inside Docebo, those actions are connected to your learning data and skills intelligence from day one.
What can AgentHub agents actually do?
AgentHub lets you build custom AI agents tailored to the workflows your team runs every day - no code, no developers, no backlog. If you can describe the workflow, you can build an agent for it. Here are a few examples of what you could create:
- A compliance agent that scans certification status across your workforce, identifies gaps, and automatically triggers targeted learning paths - before a manager has to ask.
- A learner risk agent that monitors engagement signals and flags at-risk learners proactively, so your team can intervene early.
- A skills nudge agent that identifies skills gaps and pushes personalized content to learners without waiting for human intervention.
- A content creation agent that pulls from your connected docs, wikis, and drives to draft course outlines and push them directly into Docebo's content creation tools.
- An analytics agent that answers questions about your learning data, generates reports, and surfaces recommended next steps.
Learners benefit too. They can build their own agents to stay on top of their development, surface relevant content when a new skill gap opens up, or keep their learning activity moving without waiting for L&D to push something their way.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Enterprise Search and AgentHub are built with enterprise-grade security from the ground up:
- Permission-aware - access permissions are honored from your source systems. Users only see and act on what they're authorized to access.
- Full audit trails - every search and agent action is logged and auditable.
- Role-based access controls - inherited from your connected systems, not managed separately.
- Your data stays yours - Docebo never trains a model on your data.
When can you expect more?
Enterprise Knowledge and AgentHub were announced at Docebo Inspire 2026 on April 21, 2026, as part of Docebo's most significant platform release to date. Full availability is planned for Summer 2026.
As the launch approaches, Docebo will share more detailed product documentation, setup guides, and training resources to help your team get the most out of these new features.
