Introduction
The Creator reporting dashboard shows how learners engage with the lessons that you publish in Creator. Use it to see which lessons learners start and complete, which lessons need attention and how your team uses Creator and its AI features, so that you can decide which lessons to improve, promote or retire.
The dashboard is one of the ready-to-use dashboards in Insights. It uses the activity that Docebo already records for published Creator lessons, so you do not need to configure anything before you use it.
Accessing the Creator reporting dashboard
To open the dashboard, go to the Navigation menu, find the Data and analytics (chart icon) and click Insights. Find the Creator reporting card in the Featured dashboards section and click it.
Like the other ready-to-use dashboards, you cannot edit, customize or delete the Creator reporting dashboard, but you can filter it.
Understanding the dashboard
The dashboard starts with a summary of the activity on your published lessons and then lets you move into the detail of each lesson. The following table describes the sections of the dashboard.
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Summary | The number of lesson starts, the number of lesson completions, the completion rate and how these values change over time. |
| Lesson performance | The lessons with strong performance, the lessons with a low completion rate and the lessons that learners have never started. Healthy content appears separately from content that you may want to rework or retire. |
| AI-enhanced and standard lessons | A comparison of the completion rates of lessons that use AI and lessons that do not. |
| AI adoption | How often authors publish lessons that use AI Coach, Video Presenter, Assessments, Translation and Narration. |
| Creator activity | The number of active authors, the number of lessons created, the number of lessons published and the time authors take to publish their first lesson. |
| Games | Learner engagement for each type of game available in Creator lessons. |
Start with the summary to understand the overall trend. Then review the lesson performance section to find the lessons that need your attention.
Filtering the dashboard
Use the Date range filter to focus on a specific period and the Lesson title filter to focus on a specific lesson. The visuals in the dashboard update when you apply a filter.
Please note:
- Filters apply only to lesson starts and lesson completions. Other data, such as lesson publication dates and AI usage, does not change when you apply a filter.
- The dashboard only includes data from the users that you can view. As a result, a lesson can appear as unpublished if it was published by a user outside the users that you can view.
