Introduction
By enabling the White Label app, you can hide some of Docebo's custom branding elements from your platform, so that users will see your own custom branding, with nothing associated with the Docebo brand in the platform.
Thanks to the White Label app, you customize the header and footer messages, hide certain buttons or areas from other Superadmins, and replace the word Docebo with a custom word, among other options.
The White Label app can only be managed by Superadmins. This article outlines how to activate the app and manage its settings.

Activating the app
Activate the White Label app as described in the Managing Apps & Features article of the Knowledge Base. The app is listed in the Docebo Additional Features tab.
Configuring the app
Header
Select whether to use the default Docebo header or to load an eternal custom header (iframe).
The second option is only available for the 6.9 theme. If you select it, set the header language, its external URL, and its height in the corresponding text boxes.
Footer
- Use customized text in the footer: this option allows you to set a text for the footer that changes according to the language of the user. Select the language from the Assign content for each language dropdown and type the text formatting it using the available formatting options.
- Load an external custom footer (iframe): use this option to configure an external URL to be used as the footer. As for the previous option, you can link different sources for different languages by first selecting the language from the Assign content for each language dropdown and then pasting the external URL in the text field. The footer minimum width is 1100px and it is responsive. Set the footer height according to your needs.
Menu
When you enable the option of this section, the following areas/buttons are hidden for all other users (including other Superadmins):
- The Content Marketplace
- The Add New Apps button in the Admin Menu, leading to the Apps and Features page
- The Setup Guide
- The Configure Branding and Look section
- The Branded Mobile App Publisher
- The Docebo White Label section (this page)
- The new course page preview banner
In addition, the following APIs are blocked:
- GET /manage/v1/plugins
- POST /manage/v1/plugins/{app_code}
- DELETE /manage/v1/plugins/{app_code}
- PUT /manage/v1/site/theme/{theme_code}
- GET /manage/v1/theme
- GET /manage/v1/theme/{theme_code}
- PUT /manage/v1/theme/{theme_code}
- PUT /manage/v1/theme/{theme_code}/variant/{id_multidomain}
- DELETE /manage/v1/theme/{theme_code}
You will be the only user able to see the above-mentioned areas and to use the listed APIs, becoming the Superadmin responsible for the White Label app in the platform.
Please Note! If you activate this option, remember that your user must not be deleted from the platform, or the control on the hidden functionalities will be lost.
When select this option, you will also have the possibility to change the email address to which the "Contact Us" emails from the Help Desk section in the platform are sent. The Contact Docebo Team option is selected by default, meaning that the emails will be sent to the Docebo Help Desk. To change the email, select the Send the requests to a specific email address option, then type the new email address into the text box.
Please Note! If you change the email address in this field, all the other platform Superadmins (except you) will send the help requests to the new email address, meaning the tickets opened by other Superadmins will not be forwarded to the Docebo Help Desk.
Naming
Use this section to:
- Replace the word Docebo with a different word everywhere on the platform. Select the Replace the word Docebo with a custom word in every page of your e-learning platform option and type the new word in the text field. As an option, you can choose not to replace the text containing hyperlinks in translations.
- Replace, where used, the www.docebo.com website link with a custom URL. If so, type the replacement link in the dedicated text box.
When you've configured all of the White Label settings, press Save Changes to save your preferences.
