Introduction
When reviewers are assigned to an AI roleplay, learners submit their report for review. Reviewers can then open the submission from a dedicated page. This article explains how reviewers get access to that page and what to expect.
Reviewers are assigned by a Superadmin. Learn more in Configuring evaluation, rubrics and reviewers in AI roleplay.
Requirements and limitations
- You must be assigned as a reviewer for at least one roleplay.
- The AI roleplay page is visible only to users assigned as reviewer for at least one roleplay.
- A Superadmin must add the AI roleplay page to your user menu before you can open it.
- Reviewers see a submission only after the learner has submitted it.
Setting up reviewer access (Superadmins)
Before reviewers can open their submissions, add the AI roleplay built-in page to the menu that your reviewers use. First, open the navigation menu and click the Customization icon (shapes icon). Next, click Menus. Then add the AI roleplay page to the menu used by your reviewers. Learn more about making pages and menus visible to users.
Please note: Adding the page to a menu does not make it visible to everyone. Only users assigned as reviewers for at least one roleplay see it.
Opening the review page
Select the AI roleplay page from your user menu. It lists the submissions available to you.
Reviewing a submission
A submission contains the learner's AI-generated report and the transcript of the conversation. As a reviewer, you review the learner's report and validate the AI-generated evaluation.
Notifications
If the corresponding notification is active, reviewers receive a notification when a roleplay submission is available for review. Learn more in Notification events and conditions.
