Introduction

In your platform, you can check your own activities such as info, statistics, course to-do lists, social and external activities from the My activities page of your main menu. 

The My activities page is divided into various sections related to your learning experience. The following is a description of the tabs that may be available, depending on your platform configuration.

Statistics

This area summarizes your general information, such as your user level, email, any groups you belong to, your subscription date, last access date, total time you spent in the platform (total time is the sum of the sessions time for each of the courses you are enrolled in), and the number of active courses in which you are enrolled. Below, you can find graphs related to course progress and activity, course views (calculated by total time spent in the course), and various performance numbers for courses.

Courses

In this section, you will find the list of courses in which you are enrolled (active enrollments), as well as your archived enrollments, if any. Use the Enrollment status dropdown to switch between the active and the archived enrollments.

Each row stands for an enrollment. For every active enrollment the table displays the course title and code, your enrollment status in the course, when you were enrolled and completed the course, the enrollment expiration date, the number of credits associated with the course (if applicable), the total time you spent in the course, and your final score for the course (if applicable). If you earned a certificate when you completed the course, click on the medal icon at the end of the course row to download it.

For every archived enrollment, besides the information available for active enrollments, the table also shows the enrollment archive date. You can still download the certificates associated with the archived enrollment.

Notes on enrollment expiration dates:

• The expiration date is displayed in UTC  
• If the expiration date is red, the course does not have a soft deadline, meaning the expiration date will effectively block your access to the course.

ILT (Instructor-Led Training)

In this tab, you will find the list of the ILT (Instructor-Led Training) sessions in which you are enrolled. Each row displays course and session information, the date of enrollment, the number of hours of attendance, your status in the session, and your score. Click on the course and session information, to be directed to the course page. 

Learning plans

In this section, you will find the list of learning plans in which you are enrolled. Each row displays the learning plan name and code, the number of courses in the learning plan, and your progress in the learning plan (displayed as a percentage).

External training activities

Sometimes, your company may want you to report training activities performed on third-party systems. In your platform, you’re able to upload your external training activities and certificates. Learn more about reporting and managing external training activities.

Badges

In this tab, you will find the badges that have been awarded to you based on your achievements on the platform. Each row will display the name of the badge, the points associated with the badge, the date of issue, and the event for which you earned the badge. Social

Here, you can find a summary of your social activities related to forums, which includes the total number of posts, the number of open discussions, average post rating, post rating details, and weekly forum activity.

Certification

In this area, you can view all of the certifications you have earned. Each row displays the certification's title, description, date of issue, date of expiration, and the amount of time in which the certification should be renewed. If you have External Certifications, for use with Docebo Connect, enabled in the Integrations section in the Advanced Settings of the platform, you will also see an External Certification column. Questions and answers

This tab provides an overview of the quality, quantity, and timing of both questions and answers. Statistics include the number of questions asked and answered; the number of answers that have likes, dislikes, or the Best answer marker; activity per channel, and where you fall in the rankings for answer quality, first-to-answer rate, and participation rate. Sharing activity

This tab provides an overview of the assets you shared. Statistics include the average rating of all of your shared assets, the number of shared content, the total number of views of all of the shared content, the average watch page, activity per channel, and graphs displaying the timelines of asset shares and views. Asset ranks

This tab shows a list of all of the assets you shared. Using the column names, you can sort the list by views, rating, invitations set, watch rate, or reaction time.
