Introduction
As a Superadmin, you can contact the Docebo Help Desk team from the Help Center to report problems in your platform or to ask for technical assistance.
This article explains how to check all of the requests you’ve submitted to the Help Desk team from your Superadmin account.
Signing in to Docebo Help
After you have submitted a ticket from the Help Center in your platform, you can check its status and any replies by connecting to the Docebo Help portal.
Please Note: The Help Desk team will only reply to your request in the Docebo Help portal.
Since you have already submitted a ticket to the Help Desk team, an account was created in Docebo Help on your behalf. On the Docebo Help login page, click on the Sign In button in the top right corner.
In the pop-up box, find the Emailed us for support? text, then click the Get a password link and enter your email address into the Email text box. The email address you enter must be the email address of the Superadmin account in Docebo Learn from which you sent your request.
Click Submit and check your email account for an email with password reset instructions.
Checking your requests
Once you’re signed in to your Docebo Help account, click on your username in the top right corner, then select My Activities from the dropdown menu.
This page shows the requests you have submitted, those you are following or you are cc’d on, and your contributions.
You can filter your requests by their status (open, awaiting your reply, solved) by using the Status dropdown menu on the right side of the page.
Use the search bar above the list of requests to look for a specific request. For each request, you will see the request ID, subject, date of creation, time of the last activity, priority and the status of the request.
On this page, you will only view the tickets that you have submitted from your Superadmin account. If your Docebo Learn platform has multiple Superadmin accounts for the platform (thus, multiple people submit requests to the Help Desk Team), you can submit a support request asking for permission to view all requests submitted by all Superadmins for the platform, rather than just your own requests.
To access a request you’ve submitted, click on the request subject. You will see all of the activities related to it.
