Docebo Content curation service guidelines

Introduction

As part of your Docebo Content or Docebo Content Classic package, our expert Content consulting team offers hands-on curation services to help you align off-the-shelf courses with your unique learning objectives. This service is designed to help you maximize the value of your content investment.

To ensure we can provide high-quality, scalable support to all our customers, access to these services is guided by the following recommended time thresholds.

Curation service time thresholds

Each content package purchased (limited and unlimited)  includes access to curation services up to a defined maximum number of hours for the applicable Service Term and reset upon renewal of the purchase of the Docebo Content/Docebo Content Classic packages:

  • Limited content packages: Provides for up to 5 hours of content curation services per service term.
  • Unlimited content packages: Provides for up to 10 hours of content curation services per service term.

Please note! These thresholds are designed to set clear expectations and represent the maximum amount of time available at no additional cost. They are not a guarantee of a minimum level of service.

What do curation services include?

Our Content consultants can provide a range of services within these thresholds, including:

  • Providing tailored content recommendations aligned to your specific goals.
  • Mapping partner content to your organization's internal skills, competencies, or job roles.
  • Offering guidance on building and launching curated playlists and learning experiences.
  • Assisting with content swaps and providing recommendations for new courses.

Curation for retired content

From time to time, a content provider may retire courses from its library. Any curation work performed by our team to help you swap out and replace this retired content will not be counted against your annual service threshold.

Annual content swaps

  • Limited content packages: You are eligible to swap 100% of your curated content annually based on your contract start date.
  • Unlimited packages: You can continue importing/swapping content at any time during your contract. Curation assistance by our Content consulting team during this exercise is subject to the above thresholds. 

Need more support?

If your organization requires more curation support than what’s included (for example, lack of resource or curation experience), you may purchase additional hours at our standard hourly rate. Please contact your account team (Account manager, Customer success manager, or Content consultant) to assess your needs and discuss available options.

How it works

  • Time tracking: Your Content consultant tracks curation time internally based on the time spent fulfilling each of your requests.
  • Notifications: We will provide you with an alert as you approach your service limit.
  • Applicability: These service thresholds apply to both Docebo Content powered by OpenSesame and Docebo Content Classic powered by Go1.
