Introduction
The My transcript page gives you easy access to a complete record of your learning and training activities on the platform. You can filter your view and create a downloadable report based on date range and completion status, helping you track and verify your professional development and continuing education credits.
The report can include details like course names, enrollment status, completion dates, time spent, Continuing Education Units (CEUs), skills assigned, and any certificates earned. You can export this report in PDF, CSV, or Excel formats, offering flexibility for further analysis or sharing.
You can also choose to include additional course and enrollment fields in your report for a more customized overview of your training progress.
Please note: Depending on your platform’s configuration, the My transcript page might have a different name, or may not be visible to you.
View the My transcript page
From your platform menu, select My transcript to open the page.
- You will see a table listing all the trainings in which you are enrolled that are either Completed, In progress, or Not started.
Note that the list will not include archived enrollments.
Columns:
Your administrator can configure the "My Transcript" page to focus on "Training," "Continuous education," or "Skill acquisition."
Based on this, you will see different columns in the table, and some columns may be locked, meaning they cannot be removed from your view. (The Name and Certificate columns are always locked).
- Open the Columns management panel to adjust the columns shown. You can add up to 9 columns. Note that you cannot remove from the table any columns that are locked.
Filters:
You can also apply filters to control what items appear in the table. Open the Filters panel and specify the items you want in the view, for example based on date ranges, type, your enrollment status in the training, or whether it awards credits (CEUs).
Total CEUs:
Only for the “Continuous education” focus, you will also see the Total credits (CEUs) earned banner at the top of the list.
This total includes the credits earned for any completed trainings within the time frame being displayed. You can set date range filters to adjust the time period. Please note that any other filters will be ignored: the total CEUs will count all completed trainings in the time frame, including those that are not visible because they are filtered out.
View the certificate for a training
On the My Transcript page, the Certificate column shows the trainings for which you have earned a certificate. You can click the certificate icon + Available in the column to view and download the certificate. If the certificate is instead marked Not available it means you first need to successfully complete the training: You can use the link in the right-hand column to jump directly to the course or learning plan. Finally, if the column is blank it means that no certificate is awarded for that item.
Check the skills associated with your trainings
In the My Transcript page, the Assigned skills column lets you check the skills associated with each completed course or learning plan. If this column is not visible you can use the Columns panel to display it.
Click the skills icon in the column to view the list of skills associated with that particular training.
Export your learner transcript report
You can export your transcript in PDF, XLS or CSV format.
First of all, in the My Transcript page, adjust the date range filters to set the time frame that you want to include in the exported report.
For a PDF export:
- Adjust the time frame and apply other filters so that the view contains the items you want to include in the report. See the chapter View the My transcript page.
→ Note that you can have at most 200 items in a PDF export - Irrespective of your column settings, the PDF report will always contain the following fields: Name, Type, Learning plan, Enrolment pate, Enrolment status, Completion date, Certificate, Total time, Final score, Credits (CEUs)
- In addition, depending on the focus that has been set for your My Transcript page:
- For the “Skills” focus, the PDF report will include a list of Skills at the end.
- For the “Continuous education” focus, you will also see the Total credits (CEUs) earned banner
For a CSV or XLS export:
On the My transcript page, in addition to setting the desired time frame, you can also:
- Adjust the columns and apply other filters so that the view matches what you want to include in the report. See the chapter View the My transcript page.
- The exported report will include only the columns you have chosen to display and only the items that match all the applied filters
Export the report:
When you are ready, click the Export button in the top-right corner and choose the required export options: CSV, CLS, or PDF. The corresponding file will be downloaded to your computer.
