Introduction

Your learning platform uses cookies, which are text strings created by a server and stored on the hard disk of your computer or on any other device (smartphone, tablet) that you use to access the Internet before being retransmitted to subsequent access to the Internet.

Cookies allow your learning platform to collect information about your navigation, such as remembering language preferences or the currency used for a purchase, then use this information for your next visit, to facilitate easier use of the platform.

In addition, depending on how your Administrator configured your learning platform, you may be required to accept the Privacy Policy and/or the Terms & Conditions after logging in to your platform, in order to proceed with your navigation. 

You can change the language of the displayed policies using the dropdown in the top right corner of the page. Depending on the platform settings, if the language you select while reading the policies is different from the language selected in the My Profile area, once you access the platform the language may be reset to the previously selected one.

Cookie Policy

Upon accessing the platform homepage for the first time, a banner on the bottom of the page will inform you that the platform uses cookies, and you must give your consent at least to the necessary cookies to access the platform. As an option, you can edit your preferences and not give consent to the statistic cookies.

When selecting the option to edit your preferences, you will be redirected to the cookie policy full text, and you will have the option to allow or deny the consent for statistic cookies. 

You will be asked to renew your consent every time the cookie policy or the list of cookies is updated.

The cookies’ preferences can be changed at any time by clicking on the Cookie Policy link at the bottom of the main menu.

Privacy Policy

If your Administrator configured a Privacy Policy, you will have to accept all mandatory acceptance messages upon logging in or registering into the platform on the corresponding forms on the login page. You cannot access the platform without giving your consent to all mandatory acceptance messages or sub-policy messages.

You will be asked to renew your consent every time the Privacy Policy is updated.

At any time, you can access the Privacy Policy and review your acceptance from the My Profile area. 

On the profile page, go to the Conditions of Use tab to refer to the policies and sub-policies to which you have agreed in order to access and use your platform. You can change any previously selected agreement statements, then press Save Changes to confirm your new agreement. 

Please note that, by unchecking the mandatory Privacy Policy settings, you will not be able to access and use your platform again. The agreement to the mandatory Privacy Policy is required to complete your registration and use your platform. To view the Privacy Policy again, click on the View Privacy Policy link.

Terms & Conditions

If your Administrator configured the Terms & Conditions for your platform, you will have to accept all mandatory acceptance messages upon logging in or registering into the platform. You cannot access the platform without giving your consent to all mandatory acceptance messages.

You will be asked to renew your consent every time the Terms & Conditions are updated.

At any time, you can access the Terms & Conditions and review your acceptance from the My Profile area. 

On the profile page, go to the Conditions of Use tab to refer to the content to which you have agreed in order to access and use your platform. You can change any previously selected agreement statements, then press Save Changes to confirm your new agreement. 

Agreeing to the mandatory Terms & Conditions is required to complete your registration and use your platform. To view the Terms & Conditions again, press the View Terms & Conditions link.
