Only customers having bought their Go1 bundle via Docebo will be migrated to the new experience. Customers having a direct contract with Go1 will not be migrated.

Introduction
The legacy Go1 experience will be deprecated at the end of 2026. After that date, only the new Go1 experience will be available. Moving forward, we recommend using the new experience to ensure continuity and benefit from the improved features. When you access Go1 on your platform, the new experience will be displayed by default.
Note: Only customers having bought their Go1 bundle via Docebo will be migrated to the new experience. Customers having a direct contract with Go1 will not be migrated.

Why use the new experience?
The new Go1 experience introduces a redesigned interface and a more streamlined workflow. You can effortlessly find content tailored to your needs. Read the article Accessing and using Go1 for more information.
Imported and retiring content
When you use the legacy Go1 experience and switch to the new experience.
- Content marked as imported retains the Imported label
- Content marked as retiring will show a Retiring label
When you use the new Go1 experience and switch back to the legacy experience:
- Content marked as imported in the new experience does not retain the Imported label.
Collections
The collections (curated selection) you have created or have been created for you in the legacy Go1 experience will not be migrated to the new Go1 experience. If you need to migrate your curated selection to the new Go1 experience, please contact your account manager.
Go1 learner catalog
Learners can continue to browse and self-enroll in all content currently available in the Go1 learner catalog.
Content already included in the learner catalog remains available but the catalog is no longer updated automatically. You can add content to the catalog from the new Go1 experience.
When adding content to a catalog from the Go1 library (new experience), you can assign it to individual users, branches, or groups.
On the anniversary of your Docebo Learn contract date, you can optionally renew your catalog content by replacing the imported content with a new selection from the Go1 library.
Unlimited plans: the current catalog will be replaced by a new catalog. You will get full details, confirmed timelines, and guidance well before anything affects your learners.
Import-limited plans: the catalog is planned for retirement toward the end of 2026. You will get advance notice and a transition plan in July 2026, and any content your learners are already enrolled in at that point stays accessible until it is retired by the content provider as part of its normal content lifecycle.
