Introduction

Docebo for Microsoft Teams allows you to integrate features of the Docebo platform within Microsoft Teams, giving you access to courses and learning materials as well as the ability to share that material within Teams and creating customized training dashboards for different audiences and use cases.

Activating Docebo for Microsoft Teams

Docebo for Microsoft Teams is a paid product. To activate Docebo for Microsoft Teams, reach out to Docebo via the Help Center, or by contacting your Account Manager (if your plan includes this option).

What is the chatbot?

The chatbot was the primary functionality for pairing and unpairing your learning platform with Microsoft Teams. With the pairing functionality moving to the platform entirely since December 17, 2025, the previous chat tab functionality has been disabled. The chatbot will advise you to use the platform functionality for pairing and unpairing functionality instead. The chat tab will be removed from Docebo for Microsoft Teams in a future release.
