Introduction
All of the courses, learning plans, and certifications in which you are enrolled are listed on the My enrollments page. Reach this page from the corresponding option in the User menu. Your administrator may use a different name for this page.
Course, learning plan and certification cards
Each course, learning plan, and certification appears on a card.
Depending on your platform configuration and enrollment status, a card may show:
- your progress : Not started, In progress, Completed
- your enrollment as an instructor, if you are the course instructor
- the content title
- the languages in which the course is available (not available for learning plans and certifications)
- the content duration (for learning plans and certifications, it is the sum of the duration of all of the courses composing it)
- the content type: E-learning, ILT (Instructor-Led Training), Learning plan or Certification
- the course rating (not available for learning plans and certifications)
- the course expiration date
- the enrollment priority, indicating whether the course is mandatory, required, recommended, or optional (the priority values might be different, depending on settings). For courses that are part of a learning plan or a certification, please note that enrollment priority is not the same if a course is mandatory or optional for the learning plan/certification completion. The enrollment priority is displayed on the course card in the My enrollments page, while information about whether a course is mandatory or optional for completion is shown in the course details within the course list on the learning plan or certification page.
Depending on your administrator’s configuration, the ellipsis menu on a card may include the following options:
- Add the content to a playlist
- Hide the content
- Mark the content as outdated
