Introduction
The Learning Analytics platform turns learning data into key insights with easy-to-use reports.
In this article, we will see how you can take advantage of the Learning Analytics reports to monitor learning activities and improve learning efficiency.
Insights Page
When you sign into Learning Analytics, the Insights page gives you a summary of your key Learning KPIs.
If your Learning Analytics platform is integrated with Docebo Learn, dedicated widgets are available to compare the Docebo indexes with your Industry Benchmark. The Industry Benchmark is calculated by Docebo based on a large database of anonymized customers’ data.
The data is grouped by industry to calculate a specific Industry Benchmark:
- User Engagement measures whether users find value in your learning programs. User engagement is the degree of attention and proactivity that learners demonstrate during both mandatory and voluntary L&D activities.
- Course Efficiency measures the capability and the potential of the courses provided on the learning platform, looking at course statuses and their relationships with how those learners perform on the job.
- Learning Quality shows the knowledge gained including the ability to develop concepts and skills to drive success.
Other widgets displayed on this page include:
- Platform Sessions. This widget shows the total number of times users accessed the platform each month included in the selected time frame.
- Course Completion. This widget shows the percentage of learners that completed a course compared to the total number of learners enrolled in the course considering only enrollments created during the selected period. This result is compared to the result at the same period one year before. The courses displayed in the widget depend on the visibility permissions of your role and the filters you select.
- New Enrollments and Course Completion. This widget shows the number of new enrollments of learners into courses and the number of courses completed by learners for every month included in the selected time frame. The course completion considers only courses for which enrollment was created during the selected period.
