Introduction
The Consolidated Report is a great way to get a unique report for several training sessions or even several training courses. Within the same report, you can catch the performance of the course at a glance.
The Consolidated Report is available in the Learning Impact app found on your Docebo Learn platform and can also be accessed on the Learning Impact external platform. Learn more on:
- the use of the Learning Impact external platform
- other analysis tools and reports found on the external platform.
The purpose of this article is to see how you can take advantage of the Consolidated Report.
Building the Report
If you are accessing the Consolidated Report from Docebo Learn, go to the Admin Menu clicking on the gear icon and find Learning Impact in the Apps & Features. Click on the Manage subsection. On the main Learning Impact management page, go to the Consolidated Reports tab.
On the left side of the page, you will see the different sections with the filters you can use to build your Consolidated report. You can choose to view additional filters by expanding the list clicking on More Filters (this will display course or learner custom filters defined specifically for your account). Let’s go over some of these filters.
-Trainings. Select the courses you want to include in your analysis. If you want a report on multiple sessions of a single course, select just one course.
-Trainers. Select the trainers you want to include in your analysis.
-Start date and end date. By using the calendar features, select the time period you want to cover with your analysis. All sessions whose end date is inside this range will be included (for E-Learning evaluations, all responses provided in this time range will be included).
Some of the additional filters include country and location.
Click on More Filters to display the course additional fields and the user additional fields defined in your platform (if any). These fields can be used to narrow down the report perimeter to a specific set of courses and/or a specific population of users.
When you are done choosing your filters, click on the View Analysis button to display the report.
