IntroductionFor new clients that are just getting started with the Docebo platform, you may be participating in training sessions with Docebo’s Help Desk team or with one of Docebo’s Solution Deployment Managers to better learn how to configure and manage your platform. As a result, your platform may feature an Onboarding Dashboard page that allows you to track various meetings and tasks related to your onboarding phase. Status updates that are displayed on the Project Details page are controlled by your Solution Deployment Manager. Throughout implementation, your Solution Deployment Manager will move tasks to the appropriate status when it is communicated that tasks are complete during your implementation meetings. The Project Details dashboard is intended to give insight into how the project is progressing and what is currently outstanding. This is a great way to identify what tasks are remaining and what the agenda items are for the week.
Please Note: This dashboard is only in American English. It is not supported in any other languages. Furthermore, no actions can be performed in this dashboard, but rather it is a quick way to view how far along you are in your onboarding process.
Accessing the DashboardTo access your dashboard, log into your platform as a Superadmin. Then, reach your Communication Center by pressing the messages icon in the header bar. In the Communication Center slideout, press the View Project Details button at the top. Please note that this button will only appear if Docebo has activated the onboarding project on your behalf.
Viewing the DashboardWhen viewing the dashboard, you will see various aspects related to your onboarding progress, such as your upcoming training sessions, completed tasks and more. The dashboard is divided into four main sections, three at the top and one larger section at the bottom. In the first section, Project Overview, take a look at how many days have passed and how many days remain in your onboarding period, as well as the amount of tasks to be completed out of the total amount. In the Upcoming Meetings section, view a list of all of your upcoming meetings, with the title and date of each meeting listed. Once tasks are completed, your Solution Deployment Manager will update this chart in order to show an accurate representation of completion for the project. Please note that in this section, you can only see scheduled current and future meeting, not meetings that have already taken place. Using the calendar, the dates that correspond with meetings or tasks are marked with a dot, so you can press each date to view what’s happening on that day, whether it is an implementation meeting or an Admin training session scheduled for that day.
Sorting Information in Project DetailsOn the right side of the page, you will find a listing that allows you to view information by category. By selecting the Configuration in Progress header, you will see a list of tasks on the left that are currently In Progress in regards to their status.
Training ScheduledBy selecting the Training Scheduled tab, you will see a listing of implementation meetings and Superadmin training sessions. Here, you can identify topics that will be discussed in each of the implementation meetings.
To DoIn the To Do section below, you can see a list of details related to all of your ongoing activities, including titles, descriptions, due dates or scheduled dates, and a warning in case a task if overdue. Depending on how your dashboard was set up by a Docebo staff member, this area may be one list, or a list divided into sections such as tasks in progress, scheduled trainings, tasks that are not yet started or are already completed.
DoneBy selecting the Done tab, a list of all completed tasks will display. You will see completed implementation meetings here as well. The date the task or meeting is complete will display to the right of the item.
Export as a PDFIf you wish to obtain a hard copy of the project overview or export the data in this dashboard, select the round button at the top right, PDF. The PDF will export all data included in the dashboard including the pie chart of progress, tasks complete and tasks remaining. You are able to save or print the report using the icons on the top right.
Remember: This dashboard is only for viewing and tracking. You cannot organize, manage or perform any actions or access meetings from this dashboard.
